How delivery works

After the gift is successfully created, paid for where required, and published, the creator receives an unlisted web link that can be sent to the recipient.

The recipient opens the gift in a supported web browser. No app installation is required.

Timing

Standard gifts are normally made available after successful payment and processing. AI-generation features, where offered and selected, can take additional processing time. We do not guarantee an exact processing time because network and provider conditions can vary.

If your link is not available

If payment succeeds but your gift is not available, contact us rather than paying again.

Availability

A published Rakhi gift may remain available until the next Rakhi, as described at purchase. That availability period is separate from limited backup, payment, security and legal-record retention.
