About the service

MK Gifts is operated by Maddula Kaushik Manikanta Rama Krishna Bose.

MK Gifts provides personalized digital gifting experiences. A Rakhi gift may include photos, memories, messages, quizzes, challenges, voice notes, interactive scenes and an unlisted shareable web link. Where offered and selected, it may also include AI-generated images.

MK Gifts is a digital service. No physical product is shipped unless a future product expressly says otherwise.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, photos, audio, messages and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary permission and rights to use that content and to share the resulting gift.

You retain ownership of your original content. You give MK Gifts a limited permission to upload, store, process, resize, display, deliver, generate requested personalized output from, and maintain that content only as needed to provide the service.

AI-assisted features

If an AI image feature is offered and you choose it, reference photos and style choices may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure to provide the requested output. You must have permission to use each reference photo.

AI results can vary. Exact photographic accuracy, perfect facial similarity, and the complete absence of artifacts cannot be guaranteed.

Prices, tax and payments

The current Rakhi Gift launch price shown by MK Gifts is ₹79, and that single price includes everything shown while you build the gift, including the AI memory paintings. There are no add-ons and nothing further to pay.

MK Gifts is currently not GST-registered. The displayed product price is the amount charged by MK Gifts, and no GST is currently added. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; MK Gifts does not ask you to send full card credentials to support.

Gift links and availability

A gift link is unlisted and intended to be shared by the creator. It is not password-protected access control, so anyone who receives the link may be able to open it. Share it carefully.

A published Rakhi gift may remain available until the next Rakhi, as described at purchase. Availability expiry is separate from storage, backup and records retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use MK Gifts for:

• illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harassing content;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonation;
• content that violates another person's privacy or rights; or
• malicious files, interference with the service, or storage abuse.

Service limitations

Internet connections, browsers, cloud providers, payment providers and AI providers can occasionally be interrupted. MK Gifts will reasonably attempt to restore or complete paid gifts affected by a technical problem on our side. Refund outcomes are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy and applicable law.
